Bore Alignment
J. Poli, Inc. has a multitude of lasers for any precision measurement applications. Using a 2-axis detector and laser transmitter, JPI can measure turbine diaphragms, bearing journals, seals and oil bores for new installations and turbine rebuilds. Our proven alignments processes are done inexpensively, accurately and time matters.
JPI can perform bore alignments by referencing the bore to a center of axis rotation, or a center of bore as reference. These alignments are ideal for extruder tube applications which allows for increased screw lifetime and production time, decreases in scrap and improved product quality.
Geometric Measurement
J. Poli, Inc. uses advanced laser technology that allows measurement of flatness, straightness, parallel, perpendicularity, and relative position of any machined surface.
Reliability Maintenance
JPI uses numerous tools to offer improvements for multiple industries to establish safe and productive levels of maintenance. Reliability centered maintenance is an engineering framework that enables the definition of a complete maintenance regime.
