Welding
Our certified and highly skilled welders perform a wide range of project needs including MIG and TIG, Arc, Plasma and Wire Feed services. J. Poli, Inc, is authorized by The National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors to use the R Symbol in accordance with the provisions of the National Board Inspection Code and NB-415, Accreditation of "R" Repair Organizations.
Piping
J. Poli, Inc. offers expert high pressure and process piping services for various industries. JPI has the ability to design, fabricate, erect, test, and inspect power, water, gas, and auxiliary service piping systems for industrial institutional plants. We have successfully installed full piping system into several major new and existing plants and offer reliability maintenance to keep your processes flowing.
J. Poli, Inc. is certified by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors with the "R" stamp. This stamp allows J Poli, Inc to work on the repair and/or alteration of boilers, pressure vessels, and other pressure-retaining items.
Vibration Analysis
Utilizing the most advanced vibration analysis technology, J. Poli, Inc. can diagnose, troubleshoot and repair identified problems and detect faults before breakdown. Various alignment methods include: Turbine Bore Alignment, 2-Axis Bore Alignments, Extruder Applications and Thermal Growth and Dynamic movement compensations using patented On line to Running (OL2R) fixtures. JPI's skilled technicians will perform reliability maintenance tasks, evaluate repairs and offer solutions for maximum performance.
